As i’m sitting here casually scrolling, I came across this video on my tiktok feed that had me baffled. With the recent surge in using generative AI in short-form videos, there’s multiple clips of star athletes who are seen yelling, going on ridiculous cussing-sprees, and doing the most random things that are spreading like crazy. People in the comments are going crazy with laughter, confusion, and outright anger.
Turns out it’s all AI-generated!!! Lol
This AI app called Sora is used by users on TikTok or Instagram to clone popular celebrities like the late Kobe Bryant, cloning their exact voice and mannerisms. The only thing AI can’t replicate is realistic movements of sports and running or jumping. Access to these kinds of AI tools is dangerous to the immediate public without the proper knowledge. Videos like these only get flagged or noticed because of their watermarks made by the app companies but if users can get ahold of a mark remover, it can be really bad.
Although the videos are harmless, funny, and ridiculous it can bring a lot of bad rep to someone if used in an attacking way. Many people can become victims of something so innocent because of how much of our faces are in technology, so people need to be more cautious.
AI deepfakes are everyone’s problem know, even the deceased.

I have never used the Ai app Sora but I’ve tried Claude which has been useful when finding different products when shopping. So Ai can be useful in some circumstances.
I’ve also heard of Claude as well, I believe it is more so used for educational and informational purposes. Sora is more of a recreational freedom type of AI source. I’ll have to post a video for reference for you guys!!!
